A Sound Bath is a surprising and delightful 75 min experience of a deep journey into sacred sound. You lie down and feel a refreshing bath of acoustic vibration, including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls and a wide variety of other ancient sound-healing instruments. Once the room is engulfed with this ancient cosmic vibration, everyone will take part in a sound meditation they will not soon forget.

Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. Different sound vibrations interact with our physical and energetic bodies in beneficial ways:

GONGS ~ The gong vibrations impacts the body and its meridians. It releases blocks, reduces tension and stimulates circulation. The gong changes the feelings that are blocked by cutting the thoughts that sustain and recreate the feelings.

*This is a laying down experience ~Make sure to create your most comfortable space ♥ Comfy suggestions: Blanket, pillow, water, crystals, your own eye pillow ~ we provide organic eye pillows for the experience
Also, wear comfy clothes so you can relax.

There is FREE 2hr street parking. Try to arrive at least 15-20 min early so you can check in and get comfortable♥
